The driving factor behind the rapid growth of our Leasing and Management Portfolio has been the process of acquiring properties for our own account or via one of our investment funds.<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Our experience has positioned us to efficiently assess acquisition opportunities with a critical eye towards redeveloping and repositioning assets within a given market through aggressive improvements to both the physical condition and the tenant roster of a given property. This stream-lined process results in an efficient procession from evaluation to negotiation and due diligence to closing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are actively seeking potential acquisitions of vacant big box or other value-added retail opportunities in the Southeastern United States with an emphasis on Georgia, Florida, North and South Carolina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While our typical strategy is to buy and hold assets after initial stabilization, when market conditions exist that result in favorable opportunities to sell a given asset, we are ready to do so to maximize value for our investors and enable them to redeploy those assets, if they so choose, in future projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
