Home to national retailers Tractor Supply Company, Hibbett Sports, Bealls Outlet, Dollar Tree, and Badcock & More, The Pines boasts a stable, long term tenant base well situated among other national tenants in the immediate vicinity including Walmart Supercenter, Home Depot, Ingles, Save-A-Lot, Dollar General, Family Dollar, and Belk along with numerous, national restaurant chains.  In 2019, Vanguard sold a created outparcel along Big A Road to Burger King, which acts as another draw to the shopping center.
