Steeplechase Plaza is located on Highway 200 in west Ocala, Florida.  Purchased in 2013 with only 35% of GLA occupied at the time, the property is currently 100% leased, and was recently expanded by 5,000 square feet to accommodate a new Davita Dialysis clinic.  In addition to Davita, other notable tenants in the 95,161 square foot project are Beall’s Outlet, Save-A-Lot, Ace Hardware, and Anytime Fitness.  The property has very good visibility from Highway 200, and other tenants in the immediate area include Wal-Mart, Bealls, Dollar Tree, CVS, Rose’s, Lowe’s, Aldi, and Big Lots.  Top of the World, one of Florida’s largest retirement communities, is in very close proximity to Steeplechase, and is a driver for demand, particularly in medical and service-oriented tenants.
